WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMFORT COLORS AND BELLA CANVAS?

Bella Canvas and Comfort Colors differ in fabric, fit, and overall feel, with Bella Canvas known for its softer, more fitted, and modern style, while Comfort Colors offers a relaxed, vintage-inspired feel with a heavier, garment-dyed fabric. 
Listings

Each listing has a drop down menu for shirt styles, colors, and sizes. The shirt style pictured may not be the default shirt style in the listing. Please use the drop down menu correctly and select the style, color, and size you would like prior to checking out. 

Designs

If any items are ordered with puff, tie dye or bleach options please note, each shirt will be unique. Shades, textures, and colors might appear different from shirt to shirt and with different shirt styles, this makes each item one of a kind as no two items will be identical. If this might bother you, please do not order these options. Returns or exchanges will not be allowed if you don't like the way your item turned out because of these unique one of a kind options. If your item has any puff, please expect texture variations as puff expands after heat application to create a 3-D appearance with a unique texture every time.

Sizing

We offer multiple styles of shirts to fit everyone's needs. I have included size charts in every listing. The best way to know what size you should order would be to get out a shirt you like the fit of and compare it to our size charts. However, we understand that isn't always practical so here are some basic details about sizing.

Please note, it is very rare but color of shirt may vary slightly from style to style. But will always remain in the same color family. If you are buying a different style from the shirt pictured and want to know if it will be the exact same color pictured please email or message me.

Unisex T-Shirts BELLA CANVAS (v neck and crew neck)- Our most popular style. These run like men's sizing and are the most comfortable shirts. MOST women usually size down from their women's sizing.

Tank Tops - These are also a popular item. These are usually not fitted and depending on how you like your tanks to fit you might be able to size down. 

Unisex Baseball T-Shirts-These run like men's sizing and are the most comfortable shirts. MOST women size down from their women's sizing.

Slouchy T-Shirts (v neck and scoop neck)- These tend to run wide and shorter. MOST women size down when purchasing this top.

Unisex Hoodie - These run like men's sizing and are the normal weight of a hoodie. MOST women size down when purchasing this item. Please be advised, if you get glitter on any sweater there might be some pilling. If this bothers you request no glitter at checkout.

Wide neck sweater- These run like juniors sizing. These are a sweater heavy material. MOST women size up 1-2 sizes. Please be advised, if you get glitter on any sweater there might be some pilling. If this bothers you request no glitter at checkout.

Lightweight Jersey Hoodie- These run like juniors sizing. These are a lightweight material, think t shirt weight. MOST women size up 1-2 sizes.

Camo Hoodie- These run like juniors sizing. These are a normal hoodie weight material. MOST women size up 1-2 sizes. Please be advised, if you get glitter on any sweater there might be some pilling. If this bothers you request no glitter at checkout.

 

Ladies Quarter Zip- These run like misses sizing.  I wear a small in unisex T's and a medium in these. 

Football T- These run like juniors sizing.  MOST women size up 1-2 sizes. 

Unisex Crew neck sweater- These run like men's sizing and are the normal weight of a hoodie. MOST women size up 1-2 sizes. Please be advised, if you get glitter on any sweater there might be some pilling. If this bothers you request no glitter at checkout.

Kids - Kids sizing is not the normal. Please see the size chart to reference kids sizing.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
At this time we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. If your item has an error or defect please contact us within 3 days of receipt through instagram or email beautifullychaoticshop@yahoo.com.

Please note, if you order puff on any items, please expect texture variations as puff expands after heat application to create a 3-D appearance with a unique texture every time.

Please note, if a tie dye shirt is ordered, due to the nature of the dye process, shades can vary within each color from more to less extreme color loss, and more to less saturation. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are exempt from our return policy:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any custom design/color changes made to our current designs.

Refunds and Exchanges

(for items that are defected or there was an error)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NEED THE ORIGINAL ITEM RETURNED TO ME WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, A REFUND OR EXCHANGED WON'T BE HONORED IF THE ITEM ISN'T BACK TO ME WITHIN 14 DAYS.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beautifullychaoticshop@yahoo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving with photos and a description of the damage. You must contact us for authorization prior to sending your item back. Items may not be exchanged regardless of defect or damage if the item is worn or washed. Your replacement product will be shipped once the return is received. 

Shipping 

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for whatever reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pick-ups

Pick-ups are not monitored. You will get an email when your pickup is ready. Please follow the instructions in the email.  I warranty pickups for one week. After a week all pickups are out there at your own risk. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items after the first week has passed.
